Welcome to MathMommies.co.za. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital content through our monthly membership subscription. By subscribing to MathMommies.co.za, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership and Subscription
Subscription Model: Access to Math Mommies digital content is provided through a monthly membership subscription.
Payment: Customers agree to pay the monthly membership fee as displayed on the website at the time of subscription.
Your right to any available Product (including Hosted Content) is conditional on our receipt of the appropriate payment for such Product in advance. If such payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, you agree that we reserve the right to cancel your order.
In the event you wish to enrol, you will be asked by us, or an authorized third party on our behalf, to supply certain information such as your full name, address and credit card and/or other billing information. You agree to provide us or such third party with accurate, complete and current information, and to comply with these Terms & Conditions of Sale. You shall be responsible for all charges made in your Product order.
Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via the payment methods available on the website.
This site offers downloadable content aimed at supporting parents to help their children develop foundational Maths skills.
Upon successful payment, members gain access to all digital content available under their subscription tier.
After registering an Account and completing your purchase of Hosted Content, please allow up to 24 hours for such Hosted Content to appear in your Account. After purchasing Digital Content, please allow up to 24 hours for us to transmit an e-mail confirmation to you that includes a link to such Digital Content.
Members may not redistribute, resell, or share access to the digital content.
Users are permitted to view, print and download the weekly material for personal, non-commercial use only.
Workbooks and worksheets may not be shared with any third party.
As such, workbooks and worksheets may not be used for classroom or tutoring instruction, classwork, homework or tests.
Users may not remove or alter any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice.
Workbooks may not be modified, decompiled or disassembled.
Unless otherwise indicated, this website and its contents are the property of Miki Maths South Africa and its subsidiaries and are protected by South African copyright and trademark laws.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be applied.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused content.
All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it.

4. Intellectual Property
All digital content, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, tutorials, and materials, are the intellectual property of Miki Maths Magic.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
MathMommies.co.za provides digital content “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our content.
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
The materials on the website are provided ‘as is’. We do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
